Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands, adapt quickly, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with confidence navigating new situations and learning on the job.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using CRM or customer management systems (desired).
- A combination of education, training, and relevant experience that demonstrates success in customer service, operations, or administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing responsive, professional support by phone and email.
- Coordinate and schedule field engineers, ensuring all required information is gathered for successful onsite visits.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer support tickets, records, and sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
- Manage customer requests from intake through resolution, providing timely follow-up and clear communication.
- Maintain accurate customer records, service documentation, and detailed CRM updates.
- Support internal teams by gathering information, preparing reports, and assisting with administrative coordination.
- Create and distribute professional correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
- Maintain accurate scheduling, tracking, and departmental documentation, including time and expense records.
- Build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline processes, and enhance service delivery.
