Requirements
- Significant senior-level experience in primary quantitative market research, specialized within healthcare or life sciences.
- Strong track record leading large, complex, multi-market quantitative tracking, ATU, or syndicated programs.
- Strong research and analytical credibility, including questionnaire design, sampling, KPI frameworks, and data interpretation.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Substantial experience managing senior client relationships throughout the program lifecycle.
- Excellent program planning and governance capability, including risk, issue, dependency, and change management.
- Proactive and structured approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with dashboard or automated reporting deliverables and interest in AI-enabled insight generation.
- Experience collaborating across geographies and with offshore or specialist delivery teams.
- Strong commercial awareness, including scope management and identification of value-add opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Own the program plan, governance, and delivery across concurrent waves, therapy areas, and markets.
- Lead, coordinate, and hold accountable the research, operations, data, and analytics teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for central client teams to translate strategic needs into program priorities.
- Ensure research design, data collection, and reporting remain consistent with program objectives and quality standards.
- Identify and implement improvements in processes, automation, AI, and analytics to increase efficiency and client value.
- Provide direction and coaching to the program team to ensure high standards and operational success.
