Requirements
- Significant senior-level experience in primary quantitative market research, specialized within healthcare or life sciences.
- Strong track record leading large, complex, multi-market quantitative tracking, ATU, or syndicated programs across multiple waves.
- Strong research and analytical credibility, including ability to challenge questionnaire design, sampling, KPI frameworks, and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Substantial experience managing senior client relationships throughout the lifecycle of a program.
- Excellent program planning and governance capability, including risk, issue, dependency, and change management.
- Proactive and structured approach to problem-solving and leading complex issues through to resolution.
- Experience with dashboard or automated reporting deliverables and interest in advanced analytics, automation, and AI.
- Experience collaborating across geographies and with offshore or specialist delivery teams.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage scope and program sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Own the program plan, governance, and delivery across concurrent waves, therapy areas, and markets.
- Lead and hold accountable the cross-functional research, operations, data, analytics, and dashboard teams.
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for central client teams to translate strategic needs into program priorities.
- Ensure client objectives are consistently reflected from research design and data collection through to final reporting.
- Protect data quality and comparability while enabling justified adaptation across markets and therapy areas.
- Identify and implement innovations in automation, AI, and analytics to improve client value and program efficiency.
- Provide clear direction, priorities, and coaching to the program team to reinforce high standards and ownership.
