Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in fundraising, development operations, or related strategy/operations functions.
- At least 5 years of experience directly touching nonprofit or philanthropic fundraising.
- Demonstrated experience turning frontline input into strategy and prioritization.
- Experience managing or coordinating a distributed team, including non-direct-report relationships.
- Strong track record with CRM and pipeline systems and translating data into actionable decisions.
- Exceptional written communication skills for distilling complex, multi-market intelligence.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate concurrent proposals and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in database/CRM management, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Ability to work with a global team across time zones and travel periodically for team meetings.
- Analytical mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and evolving workflows.
- High emotional intelligence to lead teams and build trust across diverse cultural contexts.
Responsibilities
- Develop a living, prioritized development strategy based on market signals and funder conversations.
- Lead and develop the global platform-level development team, including coaching, hiring, and performance management.
- Manage the operating rhythm of the fundraising team, including pipeline reviews and proposal coordination.
- Build and maintain a central library of fundraising collateral, including pitch decks and impact data.
- Oversee the fundraising CRM and pipeline-tracking systems to ensure data quality and provide leadership reporting.
- Coordinate multi-country and multi-program proposals into cohesive narratives and budgets.
