Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in operations strategy, business operations, or consulting.
- At least 3 years of experience leading teams or programs at a fast-moving technology company.
- Proven track record of building new functions, processes, or teams from scratch without existing playbooks.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously across cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI and automation, with a critical perspective on their operational value.
- Strong data literacy to define problems, measure results, and challenge assumptions.
- Exceptional ability to influence and build trust with senior leadership.
- Clear written communication and confident presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team events.
Responsibilities
- Drive high priority strategic initiatives for operations from ambiguity to execution.
- Build a feedback engine that turns inbound customer and partner contacts into actionable data.
- Own business operations rhythms including staff meetings, business reviews, planning cycles, and goal-setting.
- Lead process improvement and redesign across the operations organization to eliminate waste and inefficiency.
- Manage internal communication and documentation standards for operational changes and initiatives.
- Build new operational capabilities from scratch, write the playbooks, and ensure successful handoffs.
- Act as an AI thought leader by evaluating tools and partnering with leadership to drive automation adoption.
