Requirements
- Background as a Delivery Manager, Programme Manager, or Transformation Lead.
- Strong exposure to Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Power Platform.
- Proven experience in process improvement, workflow optimization, or Lean methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated experience operating within large enterprise environments.
- Ability to drive change effectively without formal authority.
- Experience with Digital Workplace transformation preferred.
- Familiarity with AI adoption programs preferred.
- Knowledge of Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement.
- Experience in Pharma or other regulated industries is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive automation, self-service, and AI-enabled transformation projects within a global Digital Workplace function.
- Identify and evaluate operational improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and define project goals.
- Prioritize automation initiatives based on business value.
- Ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes across multiple teams.
- Drive organizational change without formal authority.
