Requirements
- Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs (ECC and S/4 HANA).
- Experience with multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope, and complexity.
- Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.
- Ability to lead teams in complex multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder, and geographically distributed environments.
- In-depth knowledge of program setup including IT, Business, and Change components.
- Ability to define and apply well-structured program delivery frameworks.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills with ability to influence C-Level stakeholders.
- Ability to lead teams in preparing large proposals, program plans, and value-based propositions.
- Experience owning and reviewing program financials.
- Substantial proven experience in client-facing consulting roles.
- Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, and communicating data for diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel for project-related requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion.
- Ensure successful delivery of programs within budget, on time, and to quality standards.
- Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations.
- Develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks.
- Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success.
- Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
