Requirements
- 15+ years of consulting experience.
- Proven experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Delivered at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformations within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments.
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, supply chain planning, and demand management.
- Expertise in procurement, sourcing, inventory, logistics, and manufacturing execution integration.
- Experience with global finance operations.
- Ability to lead teams in complex environments including multi-vendor and geographically distributed teams.
- In-depth knowledge of program setup including IT, business, and change components.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence C-Level stakeholders.
- Substantial experience in client-facing consulting roles.
- Willingness to travel for project-related requirements.
Responsibilities
- Drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives within the semiconductor industry.
- Accountable for end-to-end program governance, stakeholder management, solution delivery, and risk management.
- Lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, and articulate value-based propositions.
- Define well-structured program delivery frameworks and apply these practically.
- Influence C-Level stakeholders within client organizations.
- Own and review program financials and lead proposal presentations.
