Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in corporate or in-house recruiting, ideally within IT services, technology, staffing, or another fast-paced professional environment with a focus on permanent hiring.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing and research tools.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a dynamic environment where priorities, hiring needs, and recruitment strategies may evolve quickly.
  • Familiarity with employment legislation, diversity hiring practices, and HR compliance requirements.
  • A proactive, service-oriented approach with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Reliable internet connectivity and a professional home-office setup suitable for remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent internal roles, including job postings, sourcing, candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and coordination through onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand workforce requirements, define job specifications, create effective job descriptions, and establish clear candidate profiles.
  • Proactively source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, internal talent networks, and other recruitment channels.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates to support both immediate openings and future workforce requirements.
  • Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, interview coordination, and consistent follow-up.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies that broaden access to diverse talent and support an inclusive recruitment process.
  • Use Applicant Tracking Systems and HR analytics tools to manage requisitions, monitor recruitment activity, analyze metrics, and optimize hiring strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate smooth transitions from offer acceptance through onboarding.
