Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in service transition, project management, or service delivery.
- Proven track record managing large-scale transitions across multiple geographies and business domains.
- Experience supporting US-based and global clients with cross-cultural collaboration.
- Strong understanding of procurement consulting and service delivery models.
- Deep knowledge of service management methodologies such as ITIL.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certifications preferred.
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and transition governance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and MS Project.
- Ability to provide at least six hours of working-time overlap with the US Eastern Time Zone.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive transition strategies and detailed execution plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and risks.
- Lead end-to-end service and process transitions through knowledge transfer, migration, and operational handover.
- Coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Build and lead high-performing transition teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage client expectations through governance meetings, executive briefings, and status reporting.
- Oversee training, documentation, and SOP development to support operational readiness.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and service delivery frameworks.
- Monitor performance metrics to drive improvements in delivery quality and efficiency.
