Requirements

- Previous experience supporting sales activities and business development processes.
- Strong understanding of the automotive collision repair sector and industry stakeholders.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to establish credibility and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make sound decisions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and business computer systems.
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time, including local and international travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the automotive collision repair industry while identifying and building connections with prospective clients.
- Meet with industry contacts through client meetings, facility tours, training sessions, and other engagement activities.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders to understand their business priorities.
- Prepare executive talking points, presentations, and client-facing materials to communicate program value.
- Support new business development activities through industry research, gathering feedback, and proposal preparation.
- Participate in media interviews and industry conferences to strengthen relationships and gather market intelligence.
- Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, operations, marketing, and sales to translate industry feedback into business opportunities.
