Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a contracts professional managing high-volume commercial agreements.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Box, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms such as Ironclad.
  • Experience with AI-powered tools such as GC AI and Glean.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to evaluate contractual risks and develop practical mitigation strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise appropriate discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, negotiate, and manage high-volume commercial contracts supporting global revenue transactions.
  • Negotiate a broad range of agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, SaaS licenses, and Data Processing Agreements.
  • Provide legal and contracting support to revenue and procurement teams to facilitate efficient execution.
  • Act as a primary contact for contract negotiations, providing guidance to internal business partners.
  • Recommend negotiation strategies balancing commercial goals with legal and operational risks.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of contracting policies, templates, and processes.
  • Monitor legal inquiries and collaborate on complex contracting standards and solutions.
