Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Construction Management, Legal Studies, or Supply Chain.
  • 5-7 years of commercial/transactional contracts management, including drafting, negotiation, and execution.
  • 3+ years of strategic sourcing/procurement experience.
  • 1+ year of experience working for a hyperscaler or data center developer/operator.
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure or data center projects.
  • Proficiency in contract lifecycle management (CLM) software.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain tools, data analytics, and BI tools.
  • Understanding of commercial language, construction practices, and risk management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal leadership and external parties.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create and issue RFx documents for project services and evaluate supplier bids.
  • Develop and manage contract execution plans, including formation, administration, and post-execution tasks.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and execute complex contracts with general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Manage contract lifecycle events such as renewals, amendments, and terminations while maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, construction, engineering, and procurement teams to align contract terms with project goals.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks, liabilities, and resolve contract-related disputes.
