Requirements
- 12+ years of technical program management experience, with significant time embedded in security or software engineering teams.
- Technical fluency sufficient to engage with security engineers and understand complex engineering trade-offs.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership to shape platform direction, technical standards, and execution guardrails.
- Hands-on experience leading security programs across domains such as identity and access management, infrastructure, and application security.
- Proven ability to build durable operating systems, including escalation paths and reporting cadences.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, or MITRE ATT&CK.
- Demonstrated AI fluency with active, daily usage of AI tools to improve workflow speed and quality.
- Experience mentoring peers and acting as a force multiplier within a TPM team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an embedded TPM for security engineering teams to execute the Security Product Line’s strategically important initiatives.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs spanning detection and response, identity and access, infrastructure security, and application security.
- Partner with engineering leads and product managers to define roadmaps, sequence work, and manage dependencies.
- Navigate ambiguity and organizational complexity to resolve blockers and ensure initiative progress.
- Coordinate cross-functional SOX compliance for Usage-Based Billing (UBB) features between Engineering, Finance, and Security.
- Implement SOX-compliant technical controls and develop scalable playbooks for future compliance requirements.
- Use AI tools to accelerate program planning, documentation, risk analysis, and stakeholder communications.
- Establish portfolio-level KPIs and reporting frameworks to connect delivery to business outcomes.
