Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in alliance management, program management, or BioPharma-facing roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystems in BioPharma, diagnostics, genomics, or clinical research.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple large-scale initiatives and balance strategic and operational priorities.
- Strong commercial and operational understanding of contracts, negotiations, and revenue processes.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior-level internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of identifying, negotiating, and executing partnership expansion opportunities.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or MBA) in Health Sciences, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% as required.
- Ability to complete background check and required training (HIPAA/PHI) within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary relationship owner for key BioPharma partners, establishing governance and managing strategic alignment.
- Lead portfolio-level execution for patient matching, sponsored testing, Companion Diagnostics, and clinical trial support programs.
- Orchestrate collaboration across clinical, product, RWD, legal, and business development teams for program delivery.
- Oversee commercial processes including contract execution, invoicing, revenue tracking, and program performance.
- Identify and lead opportunities for partnership expansion from discovery through negotiation and implementation.
- Provide executive-level updates and strategic recommendations to internal and external leadership.
