Requirements
- 7+ years of experience across Brand Marketing, Communications, Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, or Growth Marketing.
- Experience within a high-growth B2B technology company.
- Demonstrated success launching creative marketing programs that increased brand awareness.
- Experience developing and executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns from concept to launch.
- Experience managing employees, agencies, cross-functional teams, or external partners.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, PR, executive visibility, and campaign strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to operate as a player-coach who defines strategy while personally executing.
- Builder mentality with experience creating scalable processes from a blank page.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and workflows to improve marketing productivity.
- Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Own the Brand, PR, and Communications roadmap, translating company strategy into high-impact initiatives.
- Develop and launch flagship brand programs, original research, and customer advocacy initiatives.
- Establish a proactive PR strategy covering company announcements and product launches.
- Build relationships with media, analysts, and industry organizations.
- Execute executive thought leadership programs positioning leaders as authoritative voices.
- Create integrated campaigns across social, community, partnerships, and events.
- Lead internal resources and external agencies to ensure high-quality execution.
- Build systems, workflows, and measurement frameworks to scale the function.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, content development, and team productivity.
