Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments to understand their needs and provide responsive support.
- Explain available benefits, policy features, and coverage options clearly and professionally.
- Answer client questions and provide guidance that helps individuals make informed decisions about their benefits.
- Assist clients with applications, enrollment, policy updates, and service requests.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through professionalism, trust, and consistent follow-up.
- Proactively follow up with clients to understand changing needs and review relevant coverage options.
- Maintain accurate client documentation while following established policies and applicable industry requirements.
- Participate in structured virtual training, coaching, and mentorship programs to strengthen professional capabilities.
