Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, or a similar role.
- Experience working directly with enterprise software customers.
- Experience gathering feedback, validating requirements, or supporting product adoption.
- Experience using customer, business, and market inputs to influence product strategy and prioritization.
- Ability to quickly develop expertise in new technical domains.
- Experience conducting customer discovery interviews or building voice-of-customer programs.
- Familiarity with endpoint management, application management, or enterprise IT operations is preferred.
- Strong interest in product-market fit and measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in the Application Lifecycle Management market, including customer needs and industry trends.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and partners.
- Translate customer and market insights into product strategy, roadmap recommendations, and quarterly planning.
- Define customer outcomes and success metrics to prioritize investments.
- Partner with Engineering and Design within the Product Trio model to deliver measurable solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on go-to-market activities.
- Use customer feedback and usage insights to improve customer value realization.
