Requirements
- 4–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
- Proven experience in system migration, transformation or enterprise implementation projects.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical requirements.
- Good understanding of system integrations and dependencies.
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience working in international, cross-functional environments.
- Fluency in English (C1) and Polish (C1).
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and external solution providers.
- Analyse existing systems, processes and application dependencies.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Support the migration from OneSource Legacy to NextGen OneSource.
- Analyse and document integrations between applications.
- Identify system dependencies, risks and potential migration issues.
- Participate in solution design, testing and implementation.
- Support communication between business and technical teams.
