Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a System or Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience writing detailed technical requirements.
- Proficiency in REST APIs and JSON, including defining contracts using OpenAPI/Swagger.
- Ability to write structured feature specifications with acceptance criteria, data dictionaries, and field-mapping tables.
- Strong understanding of unhappy paths, error states, and validation logic.
- Competency with diagrams including BPMN, UML, and sequence flows.
- Systems thinking ability to identify dependencies and edge cases.
- Experience analyzing existing systems with limited documentation.
- Comfortable owning requirements end to end.
- B2+ level proficiency in English for client-facing work.
Responsibilities
- Run discovery sessions and workshops with clients and their stakeholders to identify project requirements.
- Decompose epics into features and write clear, testable acceptance criteria.
- Specify behavior across mobile, web, and admin/CMS platforms including app states, sync, and content management.
- Define end-to-end integrations, data mapping, and system behaviors for slow or failed connections.
- Identify edge cases, fallbacks, and dependencies beyond the happy path.
- Model flows visually using BPMN, UML, sequence, and flow diagrams.
- Analyze existing products to understand their architecture and behavior.
- Partner with PMs, architects, designers, and developers from feature inception to release.
- Coordinate with external vendors and client-side teams for integration projects.
- Maintain requirements through Git, Confluence, and Jira.
