Requirements
- 4+ years as Business Analyst on complex projects, preferably in financial services.
- Strong background in transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of insurance environment (strong advantage).
- Experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power BI, Azure DevOps).
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to write high-quality requirements in English.
- SQL & data analysis skills (Databricks) (nice to have).
- Experience with finance/reporting or data architecture initiatives (nice to have).
- Knowledge of finance/accounting (nice to have).
- Experience with Agile delivery (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Gather and structure business and transformation requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear IT and data work items.
- Analyze as-is vs to-be processes and data flows.
- Support finance reporting and data architecture initiatives (Databricks / Power BI).
- Collaborate with transformation, business, and development teams.
- Define and document requirements, business rules, and data logic.
- Support testing, UAT, go-live, and BAU handover.
