Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering or technical delivery experience, including embedded or client-facing roles.
- Proven track record of solo account delivery from kickoff through close without supervision.
- Hands-on expertise in LLM application development, cloud-native architecture (AWS preferred), or backend systems at scale.
- Experience in enterprise business automation.
- Demonstrated ability to make independent technical decisions and manage delivery quality.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to engineers and VP-level leadership.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to deliver value before requirements are fully defined.
- Experience building production AI systems (RAG, agents, fine-tuned models) is preferred.
- Proficiency with Claude, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent model tools is preferred.
- Background in consulting, systems integration, or professional services is preferred.
- Familiarity with SOW-based delivery and scope management is preferred.
- Relevant AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional) are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the full client relationship on your account from discovery through close.
- Make architecture and build decisions appropriate to the client's environment and constraints.
- Run discovery, architecture reviews, and stakeholder interviews independently.
- Translate ambiguous problems into scoped, deliverable work.
- Identify scope creep, manage it, and surface risks proactively.
- Identify and surface expansion opportunities.
- Transfer capability through documented, runnable, and maintainable software or automations.
- Contribute IP back to the practice through patterns, templates, and reusable components.
