- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet ambitious hiring targets.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.
- Strong human-centered approach to recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment of clinicians from application to offer signed and activation.
- Attract and identify exceptional clinical talent, utilizing high EQ and IQ to assess candidates.
- Provide a 5-star hiring experience to ensure world-class clinician engagement.
- Manage recruitment pipelines and build new channels using the Ashby ATS.
- Launch recruitment for new specialties by creating JDs and researching compensation.
- Develop clinical recruitment rubrics and criteria in collaboration with leadership.
- Innovate and improve recruitment systems and sourcing tools.
