Requirements
- 4–6 years of professional experience developing front-end applications, with strong hands-on expertise in React JS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end development and build tools.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, accessibility, design systems, and performance optimization.
- Working knowledge of Python for scripting, API interaction, or automation.
- Working knowledge of C# and .NET-based backend services.
- Experience integrating applications with REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and authentication services.
- Experience with state management technologies such as Redux, React Query, or Context API.
- Experience testing React applications using Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade front-end applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Translate wireframes, user stories, and product requirements into high-quality, responsive user interfaces.
- Build interfaces for AI-enabled workflows, including conversational experiences, audit trails, and approval workflows.
- Integrate React applications with backend services built using C#, .NET, Python, REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
- Develop data-rich dashboards, workflow screens, and visualization components.
- Improve front-end performance through techniques such as lazy loading, state management, and code splitting.
- Develop unit, integration, and UI automation tests using tools like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and document technical components and integration points.
