Responsibilities
- Shape high-priority business decisions by translating complex and ambiguous questions into rigorous, data-driven insights and clear recommendations for senior leadership.
- Build trusted relationships with executives and cross-functional stakeholders, helping leaders understand tradeoffs, align around evidence, and make informed strategic decisions.
- Design and deliver sophisticated analytical solutions involving large-scale, high-dimensional datasets while applying sound statistical methodology.
- Establish strong analytical practices and contribute to the technical direction of the Data Science organization.
- Lead through expertise and influence across diverse teams, bringing them together around shared insights and priorities.
- Mentor data scientists, advise managers on technical direction, and elevate the impact of analytical work across the organization.
