Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience within strategic recruitment, delivery, or program management functions.
- Proven experience in talent operations, workforce operations, crowdsourcing, or distributed workforce management.
- Experience launching or scaling high-volume, multi-country talent or contributor programs.
- Strong understanding of crowdsourced delivery models and gig workforce operations.
- Experience managing multiple sourcing channels, including direct recruitment, agencies, subcontractors, and communities.
- Track record of building operational models, processes, controls, and performance systems from the ground up.
- Strong analytical capability and confidence working with funnel, capacity, cost, and productivity metrics.
- Proven partner-management and commercial negotiation skills.
- Experience with rapid project ramp-ups and fluctuating workforce demand.
- Proficiency with modern AI tools.
- Experience in AI data services, data annotation, or BPO is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead the launch of data collection as a dedicated strategic service line.
- Define operational models, sourcing structures, recruitment requirements, and quality standards for data collection services.
- Build and maintain a large, engaged community of active crowdsourced contributors.
- Implement automation across sourcing, onboarding, qualification, and communication workflows.
- Develop performance-management systems covering metrics like funnel performance, cost per hire, and contributor quality.
- Coach and guide internal recruitment and talent operations teams.
