Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in backend, integration, automation, or bot development.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience building bots for major messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, etc.).
Strong command of Python or Node.js for backend bot logic.
Solid experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and asynchronous request handling.
Experience with relational or NoSQL databases to store conversation state and user data.
Understanding of platform-specific limits, message templates, and approval flows.
Experience with hosting and deployment using Docker, serverless, VPS, or PaaS.
Portfolio or examples of previously built bots.
Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT (preferred).

Responsibilities

Build bots for platforms including WhatsApp Business/Cloud API, Telegram Bot API, Discord, and Slack.
Design and implement conversational flows, dialogue state, and fallback handling.
Integrate bots with LLMs such as OpenAI or Anthropic for natural language responses.
Connect bots to backend services, databases, CRMs, and third-party booking or payment systems.
Manage webhooks, rate limits, and platform-specific message formats like interactive buttons and templates.
Refactor and debug bot implementations to improve reliability and maintainability.
Implement logging, monitoring, and recovery procedures to ensure production health.
