Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years combined clinical work and/or Healthcare Account Management experience, business development, or sales.
- Expertise in LTSS, HCBS, and Medicaid programs including Managed Medicaid and Medicaid FFS.
- Proven track record of tracking milestones, documentation, and professional stakeholder communication.
- Ability to develop trusting relationships with key accounts and internal teams.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM, Salesforce, or similar sales software.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for regional and national trips.
- Ability to assemble and disassemble conference displays.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement Medicaid and Long-Term Care field sales systems to maximize territory outcomes.
- Onboard new health plan accounts and train account team members on services.
- Evaluate territory performance, monitor productivity, and ensure policy compliance.
- Identify opportunities for internal and external value story creation including clinical and cost-savings analyses.
- Represent Mom’s Meals at national and regional conferences.
- Travel regionally and nationally to call on accounts and attend conferences.
- Mentor, coach, and support field sales team to drive results.
- Oversee field team CRM training and ensure accurate data recording.
