Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Minimum of one year of professional work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project logistics, maintain project plans, action item trackers, and timelines.
- Support client-facing administrative processes, including reporting, invoicing, billing, and re-grant documentation.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, notes, and follow-up communications.
- Monitor assigned tasks and proactively communicate progress, risks, and support needs.
- Contribute to client deliverables including presentations, engagement letters, and research reports.
- Update and maintain accurate project, financial, and impact data in Salesforce.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support client engagement.
- Lead event logistics and support the delivery of workshops and training sessions.
