Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Minimum of one year of professional work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project logistics, maintain project plans, action item trackers, and timelines.
  • Support client-facing administrative processes, including reporting, invoicing, billing, and re-grant documentation.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, notes, and follow-up communications.
  • Monitor assigned tasks and proactively communicate progress, risks, and support needs.
  • Contribute to client deliverables including presentations, engagement letters, and research reports.
  • Update and maintain accurate project, financial, and impact data in Salesforce.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support client engagement.
  • Lead event logistics and support the delivery of workshops and training sessions.
