Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
- Experience leading projects or people, formally or informally.
- Experience with end-to-end product development, from idea to production.
- Growth mindset and ability to quickly learn new languages and frameworks.
- Comfortable communicating in English, written and verbal.
- Frontend experience: TypeScript, React.
- Backend experience: TypeScript or Python, Node.js or FastAPI.
- Experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Ability to accurately estimate timelines and scope.
Responsibilities
- Architect the technical stack for one or more initiatives.
- Write clean code and collaborate with teammates to ship products.
- Work closely with product managers and designers to take products from idea to production.
- Build MVPs for client projects and internal AI tools.
- Mentor other engineers to support team growth.
- Assist with hiring and interviewing future candidates.
