Requirements
- Strong, production-proven full-stack engineering experience.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, Tailwind, and Postgres.
- Genuine, hands-on LLM and AI agent engineering experience.
- Demonstrated ability to independently own projects end-to-end and ship working software.
- Strong engineering judgment with the ability to scope, prioritize, and execute without formal playbooks.
- Excellent written communication skills for asynchronous remote collaboration.
- Availability to work during US Eastern Time business hours.
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Vercel AI SDK is a plus.
- Experience building internal tooling or automation systems is a plus.
- Experience in a lean startup or early-stage company is preferred.
- Familiarity with deployment and infrastructure tools like Vercel or Railway is a plus.
- Experience building RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, or tool-use integrations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered workflows and AI agents to solve operational problems.
- Integrate large language models into internal products to automate complex, multi-step processes.
- Develop agent logic, tool use, memory systems, and orchestration layers for reliable production performance.
- Build and ship full-stack features and internal tools across the entire stack independently.
- Develop frontend interfaces using React, Next.js, and Tailwind.
- Build backend services, APIs, and data layers using Node.js and Postgres.
- Own the full lifecycle of projects from scoping through deployment and iteration.
