Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
3+ years in Corporate Finance/FP&A, investment banking, or related analytical field, ideally in high-growth environments.
3+ years of manager/supervisor experience.
Recent hands-on experience implementing AI and automation tools in finance/accounting.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with large, complex datasets.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills for reporting to executive leadership.
Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
Proven ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships.
Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy in ambiguous, scaling environments.
Extreme attention to detail with a high regard for precision and auditability.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial and operational models for annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
Own monthly financial reporting and budget-to-actual variance analysis, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Partner with Accounting to support a timely and accurate month-end close.
Design and implement automated financial workflows using tools like Claude and Microsoft Copilot.
Collaborate with Revenue Cycle and market leadership to analyze revenue performance and staffing model impacts.
Serve as a strategic business partner to provide financial guidance for decision-making across the organization.
Develop and monitor financial/operational KPIs across revenue, labor, and margins.
