Requirements
- Bachelors degree with 8 years of experience or Masters degree with 6 years of related experience.
- Experience in clinical trial data management, data reporting, or related regulated environment functions.
- Proficiency in database software and SQL query writing.
- Experience with data tools and programming languages: Java, Python, or R.
- Experience with software tools: Excel, Bash, and Git.
- Previous supervisory experience with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams.
- Ability to provide regular feedback and coaching for performance and growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the generation, review, and delivery of high-quality clinical trial data and reports.
- Lead the negotiation, implementation, and maintenance of Data Transfer Agreements (DTAs).
- Serve as a primary escalation point for complex data inquiries and reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain automated tools, scripts, and validation processes for deliverables.
- Ensure documentation, version control, and SOP compliance across data systems.
- Establish team priorities and provide coaching to drive performance and growth.
