Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in international compensation, expatriate assignment administration, global mobility, or relocation.
- Strong understanding of international assignment policies, including tax, immigration, compensation, and benefits.
- Experience with Cartus solutions is highly desirable.
- Understanding of international affairs and economic factors influencing mobility.
- Experience working within a global organization and communicating with international stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations and make informed recommendations.
- Excellent relationship-management and influencing skills for operating in a matrixed environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Personal or professional expatriate experience is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support and program management for international relocation and global mobility programs.
- Develop a strong understanding of client-specific assignment and relocation policies, programs, and benefits.
- Respond to and resolve relocation, tax, and mobility-related inquiries and escalations from stakeholders.
- Consult with stakeholders on appropriate assignment types, benefits, and immigration requirements.
- Coordinate tax and immigration assessments and initiate services with external providers.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for international assignments.
- Maintain assignment databases and ensure accurate financial processes.
- Audit relocation packages, eligibility, and Benefits-In-Kind reports for payroll tax compliance.
