Requirements
- 10+ years of experience across general management, marketing, growth, operations, business operations, or related leadership roles.
- Proven 0 to 1 mindset with a track record of building in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Demonstrated experience scaling a consumer business with strong command of customer acquisition, growth marketing, funnel optimization, and unit economics.
- Experience leading multiple cross-functional areas including growth, marketing, operations, analytics, and technology.
- Strategic operator capable of setting direction and driving execution.
- Strong people leadership experience with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Highly analytical and data-driven approach to business performance.
- Strong executive communicator comfortable partnering with senior leadership and presenting to Boards.
- Consumer marketplace or services experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day strategy and execution across growth, marketing, and operations, with accountability for overall business performance.
- Partner closely with the CEO and executive team on Consumer strategy, performance, and key decisions.
- Own customer acquisition across paid media, in-house marketing, and local referral channels.
- Oversee activation, inbound support, and visit success to deliver a strong customer experience.
- Serve as the central program leader across Consumer workstreams to drive cross-functional execution.
- Build and use dashboards, funnel metrics, and operating KPIs to drive decisions.
- Translate business and customer needs into technology requirements, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Design.
- Lead and evolve the Consumer team as the business scales.
