Requirements

- Experience in the insurance or MGA sector, specifically in commercial auto, trucking, or logistics (highly preferred).
- Familiarity with underwriting processes.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems like HubSpot.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Ability to maintain clear communication regarding requirements and timelines.
- Assertive and decisive mindset with the ability to manage strict timelines.
- Strong commercial judgment regarding deal progression.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs.
- Ability to enforce process discipline without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
Responsibilities
- Drive conversion rates by aggressively managing the mid-funnel pipeline.
- Reduce the Average Days to Bind by enforcing urgency with partners.
- Act as the primary contact for agents post-indication to communicate requirements and timelines.
- Educate partners on standards for bind-ready submissions to reduce friction.
- Validate submission completeness and disqualify non-viable opportunities to protect underwriting capacity.
- Maintain CRM accuracy for all deal stages.
- Provide weekly insights to leadership regarding pipeline aging and conversion trends.
- Manage renewal retention strategies.
