Requirements
- 15+ years of experience shipping software products or services.
- Roles accepted include Product Management, Program Management, Business Analyst, Architect, Developer, QA Engineer, Release Manager, DevOps, Product Support, or Professional Services.
- Strong technical acumen and technical horsepower.
- Strong knowledge in at least one software delivery or management domain.
- Self-directed work style with ability to collaborate effectively in remote and in-person capacities.
- Action-oriented mindset and passion for developing high-performing teams.
- Willingness to learn and take on challenges outside of initial comfort zone.
- Preferred: Knowledge of project management tools such as TFS or Jira.
- Preferred: Experience with development, build, test, and deployment tools like C#, Java, Jenkins, TeamCity, Selenium, or Octopus.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical due diligence for investment firms to identify technical risks and opportunities.
- Assess software engineering organization capabilities and create plans for targeted improvements.
- Design and implement solutions, such as Agile methodology transformations, from scratch.
- Guide and mentor junior software developers and engineers.
- Collaborate with internal and client-side technical leads to drive project success.
- Produce high-quality technical reports for investors.
