Requirements
- College degree.
- Accounting and payroll experience in a multi-client environment with US-based clients.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting and reporting for PE and/or VC funded portfolio companies.
- Proficiency in cloud accounting technologies such as NetSuite, SAGE, Intacct, or QBO.
- Experience running payroll and paying bills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to manage deadlines across multiple clients.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial reports.
- Excellent communication skills for interactions with clients and team members.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week across five days within standard professional hours.
Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day operations including transaction entry, invoicing, bill payments, and payroll preparation.
- Perform journal entries and reconciliations for clients.
- Manage daily tasks using Karbon practice management software.
- Interact with clients to answer specific questions or request information.
- Collaborate with senior staff to ensure accurate financial reporting.
