Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science, Education, Engineering, Business, and/or in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the medical device or health sciences industry.
- 3 years preferred experience working in a medical education role.
- Computer literacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must reside near a major airport.
- Willing to travel nationally and internationally (50-70%).
Responsibilities
- Leads the strategic implementation and focused growth of educational and training courses.
- Develops curriculum, training programs and various educational resources.
- Executes large-scale national education programs and regional/local events.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with market development, commercial teams, and medical affairs.
- Creates, monitors, and reports on metrics and KPI’s for educational activities.
- Facilitates the educational grants and sponsorships process.
- Coaches field sales representatives on the use of educational resources.
- Manages relationships with key opinion leaders and brand advocates.
- Develops program faculty, including onboarding, speaker training, and presentation material development.
- Serves as a course instructor and technical advisor for key technologies.
