8+ years of strong software engineering experience, including demonstrated technical leadership and team management.
Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, scalability, and distributed systems.
Proficiency in modern technologies across frontend (React, Next.js, TypeScript), backend (Java, Go, Python, Node.js), and infrastructure.
Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, Kafka, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Strong knowledge of engineering practices including CI/CD, unit testing, automated testing, and Git.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and learn new technologies rapidly.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for AI and automation to improve developer experience and software quality.

Provide technical leadership and direction across engineering teams while remaining hands-on for complex architectural decisions.
Design, develop, and scale high-performance systems using appropriate architectural patterns.
Translate product and business requirements into clear technical plans, milestones, and execution strategies.
Champion AI-first software development and establish effective practices for using LLMs and AI-powered tools.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team while fostering ownership and technical excellence.
Improve engineering practices around code quality, CI/CD, testing, and release management.
Partner with Product, Design, DevOps, and Security teams to deliver high-impact capabilities.
