Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building, releasing, and supporting production software.
- Generalist capability with depth in at least one of mobile, web, or backend.
- Experience in at least one other area of the stack beyond primary depth.
- Proven experience implementing, measuring, and iterating on product or funnel improvements.
- Strong foundations in APIs, data modelling, testing, debugging, and release practices.
- Strong foundations in production monitoring.
- Experience with App Store or Google Play subscriptions is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency with Flutter/Dart, TypeScript/NestJS, or MongoDB is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Ship changes across Pebble's mobile app, web experiences, and backend.
- Own the technical approach, implementation, testing, release, and production monitoring.
- Find bottlenecks in onboarding, activation, monetization, and retention.
- Turn growth opportunities into focused experiments, instrument events and success metrics, and iterate based on results.
- Improve systems for experimentation including feature controls, analytics integrations, and payment journeys.
