Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building and operating production systems.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and architectural thinking.
- Proficiency with Node.js, React, and MongoDB.
- Experience designing and maintaining robust RESTful APIs.
- Experience with distributed systems and service boundaries.
- Strong Git skills and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Experience working with cloud environments (GCP preferred).
- Experience integrating third-party services and managing data consistency.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Adaptability to work within different technology stacks like Java, C#, Go, or Python.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of complex features end-to-end, from design to deployment and monitoring.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and platform evolution.
- Design and maintain scalable Node.js services and React applications.
- Build for performance and reliability by designing data models in MongoDB and optimizing APIs.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and compliance practices.
- Foster a strong engineering culture through code reviews, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
