Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in product or business analysis within dynamic digital transformation environments.
- Demonstrated experience supporting healthcare or life sciences product initiatives.
- Proven track record in identifying high-value AI opportunities and directly building or piloting prototypes, MVPs, or low/no-code solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, SDLC, and regulatory considerations (21 CFR Part 11) in clinical research.
- Familiarity with data governance, interoperability standards, and digital adoption analytics.
- Hands-on technical familiarity with AI Agentic/automation tools, APIs, and modern research application vendors (e.g., Veeva, Medidata, Oracle).
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Planview, Smartsheets, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct ROI analysis and report progress to leadership.
- Ability to rapidly learn new business domains to build strong cross-functional partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills for translating business needs into technical requirements.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and IT teams to gather, document, and prioritize requirements, owning end-to-end problem discovery through pilot delivery.
- Participate in cross-functional workshops to identify AI-enabled use cases and iteratively build prototypes.
- Configure, test, and refine AI solutions hands-on.
- Translate strategy into user stories, workflows, and specifications, contributing to backlog refinement, release planning, and UAT.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise data strategy, interoperability standards, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
- Support change management, documentation, and user enablement for sustainable solution adoption.
- Document reusable patterns, playbooks, and AI/automation components.
