Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales support, account management, contracts, or business operations.
- Demonstrated experience in the satellite communications (SATCOM) industry.
- Familiarity with satellite products, services, Government contracting practices, and customer engagement processes.
- Experience supporting complex opportunities involving cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience using enterprise business systems such as NetSuite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related discipline (preferred).
- Exceptional written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a cross-functional resource providing operational and commercial support across Sales, Sales Operations, Bids & Proposals, and Partner Management.
- Support Sales Operations activities including order processing, terminal provisioning, logistics coordination, record keeping, and reporting.
- Assist the Sales organization with contract renewals, amendments, quoting, and customer communications.
- Manage an assigned portfolio of smaller existing customer accounts as the primary commercial point of contact.
- Coordinate with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve commercial inquiries.
- Provide secondary support for proposal development, pricing reviews, contract preparation, and submission activities.
- Maintain accurate commercial records and develop process documentation, standard operating procedures, and templates.
