Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in product operations, business operations, strategy & operations, or program management.
  • Strong background in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of owning cross-functional programs end-to-end.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management and collaboration with Product Management and UX teams.
  • Quantitative fluency with proficiency in building models and analyzing SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, retention, cohort analysis).
  • Working proficiency with SQL and/or BI tools.
  • Experience querying data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent written communication skills with ability to produce executive-ready materials.
  • Ability to design durable tools, templates, and processes.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Design and operationalize cross-functional processes across Product, Sales Ops, UX, Marketing, and Engineering.
  • Run complex, multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end, defining scope, timelines, and driving decisions.
  • Manage the recurring operating rhythm of the product organization, including QBRs, steering committees, and planning reviews.
  • Synthesize data and narratives into executive-ready materials for decision-making.
  • Build and maintain metrics for product and revenue health, including ARR, NRR, and retention.
  • Steward data quality across the product organization to ensure a single source of truth.
  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to cross-functional leaders to stabilize workstreams.
