Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in integration engineering, DevOps, or technical support.
- Strong ability to trace and troubleshoot data flows across multiple systems.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, SQL query writing, and database concepts.
- Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Zapier.
- Experience with monitoring tools, log analysis, and alerting systems.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA integrations.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Calm and methodical approach to managing time-sensitive incidents.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes of system issues.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS application environments.
Responsibilities
- Build and customize Boomi processes for client system integrations with Laurel.
- Validate data integrity for integrations during testing and deployment.
- Support clients through system migrations, including billing system changes.
- Monitor integration health across client environments and respond to system alerts.
- Investigate and resolve data flow issues and integration exceptions.
- Serve as a Level 2 technical escalation point for sync and performance issues.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to implement code fixes or feature modifications.
- Communicate technical resolutions and status updates to client IT contacts.
