Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of frontend performance optimization.
- Full-stack development experience building polished UIs and backend services.
- Experience with Go and/or Python for backend services.
- Fluency with modern developer tooling and AI-assisted workflows.
- Proven ability to take large, ambiguous scope and break it into shippable increments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with security-sensitive domains like identity, access control, or permissions is a plus.
- Experience with desktop application development (Electron or similar) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own complex features from problem definition through delivery, shaping scope, navigating unknowns, and making tradeoffs across the product lifecycle.
- Design and build rich, performant user experiences for identity, security, secure content sharing, resource management, and data access workflows.
- Thread together complex multi-step user flows that feel coherent and intuitive.
- Build and maintain the frontend and backend services that power experiences across desktop applications, web frontends, and APIs.
- Apply a security-minded approach to frontend and full-stack work.
- Champion frontend performance including bundle size, render efficiency, and responsiveness.
- Contribute to building a data studio experience.
- Partner with platform, integrations, and infra teams to ensure identity and security primitives are reflected in clear interfaces.
