Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in an analytics or data science-focused role.
- 2+ years of experience focusing on financial analytics and/or firm-level operations analysis.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and/or SQL for predictive analytics.
- Hands-on expertise utilizing data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Hex.
- Strong experience in experiment design, deployment, and results interpretation for A/B testing.
- Deep understanding of financial metrics such as CAC, billing, retention, churn, and LTV.
- Deep understanding of operational metrics such as resolution time and product uptime.
- Demonstrated ability to work with non-technical cross-functional stakeholders.
- Must be based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Support Rula's Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product and operations.
- Investigate complex account questions and uncover root causes using messy data.
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, Accounting, Billing, and Customer Experience teams to provide actionable insights.
- Analyze metrics, trends, and experiments to improve the EHR platform.
- Examine billing workflows to identify bottlenecks and support accuracy and growth.
