Requirements
- 8+ years of QA/test engineering experience.
- 1+ years of experience testing contact center, CCaaS, or IVR/voice platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect or comparable CCaaS platforms.
- Proficiency with automated testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Experience testing serverless, event-driven AWS architectures (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Step Functions).
- Working knowledge of conversational AI and voice testing considerations.
- Strong defect documentation and triage skills.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
- Experience running UAT sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute test strategies for Amazon Connect implementations including contact flows, routing, IVR, and AI-driven agents.
- Build and maintain manual and automated test suites (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) for UI, API, and serverless components.
- Validate legacy-to-Connect migrations through parallel-run testing and flow conversion verification.
- Partner with engineers to shift testing left, review acceptance criteria, and flag risks early in the development lifecycle.
- Run UAT sessions with customer stakeholders to triage findings and drive resolutions.
- Execute phased rollout and cutover validation for live contact centers.
- Contribute reusable test assets, automated suites, and checklists to the practice.
