Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience at a company known for shipping excellent product at speed.
- Proven track record of shipping under ambiguity and taking complex features from idea to release.
- Comfort in technical domains with the ability to earn the trust of engineers.
- Strong customer instincts and the ability to turn research into concrete decisions.
- Direct communication style with a willingness to challenge assumptions.
- Strong sense of ownership, bias toward action, and ability to move quickly.
- Preferred: Experience as the PM for a CLI-based tool, SDK, or developer-facing product.
- Preferred: Experience as the PM for desktop or client applications.
- Preferred: Deep technical experience with cloud or security infrastructure.
- Preferred: Background in aerospace, defense, digital engineering, or other regulated domains.
Responsibilities
- Own a product area end to end, including defining success metrics, roadmap management, and prioritizing feature development.
- Create product coherence by turning a collection of features into a clear narrative for customers and the company.
- Conduct direct customer research to understand user workflows and constraints to inform product decisions.
- Work daily with a senior engineering team, writing specifications and making fast decisions to remove blockers.
- Partner with the Head of Product on strategy, bringing evidence-based arguments to shape product direction.
- Communicate with senior stakeholders including customers, sales, and leadership.
